PLAN TERM
Your plan term begins on the 1st of the month following your date of enrollment. Your plan will automatically renew monthly unless we receive notice to cancel your plan.

          ● Discounts on:
                   ○ Brand drugs via aggregation of all discount cards (to be presented at the pharmacy upon medication pickup)
